Located behind Isetan, after the Post Office.
I like the design. It has a waiting area outside complete with simple benches.
It is big and yet always packed at peak period. Occasionally I saw security guard in the 'surau'. May be there were snatch thief cases before?? I don't know and just speculate.
On top of the 'wuduk' area, there is a rack where you can put your belongings -- if you afraid to leave it unattended.
The praying area is big.
Most of the time, at new places I do not know what to expect -- especially the location and environment of a Muslimah Prayer Room. At some places, they have lovely surau at weird location. I have to dare myself to be there alone and tawakal to God that nothing would happenned. Some, simple, small but convinient. I hope by compiling my findings, it helps me and the others too. From time to time, I would countinue updating the earlier post with more complete information; Insyaallah...

Surau @ The Weld Shopping Center
The surau is located at ground floor, near the lift lobby.
It is extremely small and basic; yet it is packed with people during peak period. It could cater for the most 4-5 people praying at the same time; a small space for those waiting your their turn.
However, I am touched because the 'telekung' are clean.

Prayer Room @ Ikea
I like the location; near the cafeteria and washroom. It makes sense as you may leave your family or group to have some food at the cafeteria while you perform your solat.
Consistent with IKEA's other public facilities -- it is simple and they use IKEA's items.
