Most of the time, at new places I do not know what to expect -- especially the location and environment of a Muslimah Prayer Room.
At some places, they have lovely surau at weird location. I have to dare myself to be there alone and tawakal to God that nothing would happenned. Some, simple, small but convinient. I hope by compiling my findings, it helps me and the others too. From time to time, I would countinue updating the earlier post with more complete information; Insyaallah...

Surau at Lot 10
It is embarassing to admit that the surau at this shopping complex is too 'dhaif' compared to the status of the complex. It is located at 5th floor, you have to take exit door to the surau.
The ladies prayer room in Lot 10 is located on the 2nd Floor. And the mens prayer room is on the 5th floor located - it is not in the mall and you have to walk across the car park to get there. There are no "surau/ prayer room" signpost for No prayer room sign boards so you will have to ask the staff/ security if you can't find the prayer rooms.
